Sheboygan Woman Marketing Paint Glider
Tammy Risseeuw of Sheboygan is vice president of Alpha Plastic Solutions in Muskego, which along with its sister company, Omega Products, has licensed the production and marketing of the Paint Glider.
The Paint Glider is an innovative device that replaces conventional paint trays.
The product recently was awarded second place at the Ideas To Profits Conference in Appleton.
The Wisconsin Innovation Service Center, which assists inventors, entrepreneurs, and companies in making marketing decisions, organized the conference.
Risseeuw has been credited with bringing a licensing agreement with the Chicago-based Paint Glider Company to Wisconsin, and it was her brother, Tim Anderson, who helped.
Anderson recently moved next door to Pasinski’s summer cottage in Hatfield, in northern Wisconsin, saw Pasinski using the Paint Glider to paint his cabin, and told his sister about the product. Risseeuw set up a meeting with Pasinski and the two worked out a marketing agreement for the Paint Glider.
