iPost Appoints Craig Kerr Vice President of Marketing

iPost, the industry-leading provider of strategic email marketing solutions, today announced that industry veteran Craig Kerr has been appointed vice president of marketing. Kerr brings to the role a track record of more than 20 years of strategic and hands-on success in marketing and sales of software and services, including SaaS.

Kerr joins iPost after playing a major role in scaling up three start-up companies. Adept at building ROI value propositions for emerging markets, Kerr has extensive experience in all aspects of marketing and selling breakthrough products and services to a wide range of business customers. For over 14 years, he has created successful direct sales, channel promotions, and marketing programs that have generated leads and driven sales to small and medium businesses, the Global 1000, and more than 90% of the Fortune 1000. Kerr has a track record of establishing and managing strategic relationships and profitable sales channels including direct, online, VARs, Big 5 consulting, two-tier, and retail.

Kerr previously served as vice president of marketing for on-demand analytic start-ups Cataphora and Troba, and as director of sales and marketing at Avantos, the pioneer of Human Capital Management (HCM) software. Kerr began his executive career as a market development manager for Apple Computer in the Adult Education and Literacy Marketing group.
