InVentiv will buy marketing services company
Princeton-based Patient Marketing Group helps plan and conduct campaigns to help drug companies inform patients about diseases, and the medications that can be used to treat those conditions. PMG will become part of inVentiv’s inVentiv Patient Outcomes unit.
Inventiv Health provides commercialization services to the pharmaceutical and health care industries. It said the deal will add to its profits immediately.
The agreement also includes payments that will be made if PMG reaches agreed-upon sales targets.
